This policy describes refunds for StayMeld subscriptions. The commercial offer or signed agreement confirms the services you purchase and when they are activated.
Scope and billing
StayMeld offers subscriptions for business customers. Plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual payment is made upfront and provides 12 months of service for the price of 10 monthly payments. Any applicable taxes, extra usage and integration work are confirmed in the offer before activation. For transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply and prevail where they provide a non-waivable or more protective right.
Before activation
If you want to stop an order before the service is activated, contact us promptly. We will confirm whether activation has occurred and explain any amount due or refundable under your offer or agreement.
After activation
Once a subscription is activated, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes unused time, unused AI answers and the unused portion of an annual subscription. Exceptions apply where required by law, expressly agreed in a signed agreement, or needed to correct an incorrect charge.
Cancellation and renewal
Cancellation and renewal terms are set out in your offer or agreement. Stopping use of the service does not itself create a refund for an activated subscription. Contact us if you need to confirm your subscription end date or renewal terms.
Incorrect charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated, email us with your company name, invoice number, charge date and a short explanation. We will review it and correct confirmed billing errors, including a refund where appropriate.
Contact and legal rights
For questions about this policy or a payment, write to dragan@staymeld.com. If you paid through a Paddle checkout, Paddle buyer support is also available at paddle.net. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
