These terms apply to the public StayMeld website and demo enquiries. Dragan Petrovic, trading as StayMeld, provides the website. Use of a StayMeld product, including any paid service or processing of customer conversations, requires a separate written agreement with the business customer.
The website
StayMeld provides this website to explain its products and enable enquiries. It may change website content or availability at any time. Product features, channels and integrations depend on configuration, technical availability and any applicable third-party approval.
Demo requests
The demo form creates an email draft in your email application. Your request reaches us only after you send that email. Sending an enquiry does not create a customer account, purchase, reservation or obligation to provide a service. We will use reasonable efforts to respond, but do not guarantee a response time.
Product information and examples
Screens, example messages, hotel and store names, prices, policies and other demonstrations on this website are illustrative. They are not live hotel or store data or an offer for a particular feature, integration, price or service level. A specific commercial proposal or signed agreement defines what is included for a customer.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful information and enquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content. StayMeld retains rights in its website, software, design, text and branding. You may not reproduce or commercially reuse them without permission, except as permitted by law.

Paddle payment processing
When a Paddle checkout is enabled, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle buyer support is available at paddle.net.
